On December 29, 2019, we waited for over 25 minutes in front of the Segway shop on Váci Utca. Even after 45 minutes, the shop remained closed. No one answered the phone. It's the first time a GYG tour has disappointed us this much.

We had booked the tour in German, our guide was very friendly, but unfortunately very unprepared and did not know the route (multiple detours). After around 2 hours, we were back at the starting point, and upon inquiry, we started over. We expected more for the price.

Helmets that dropped to the ground during distribution were not replaced or cleaned between users. The guide often turned away while speaking and was hard to hear. He led us into risky situations, like crossing train tracks while the traffic lights flashed, expecting us to follow.

traveler – Germany

Blaise, our guide, is very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was both culturally and historically enriching. He speaks French fluently. It was a fun segway ride and 2 hours 30 minutes is comprehensive. We recommend it.

Tanja – Switzerland

The guide made every effort to satisfy us. We had a lot of fun, but unfortunately, Budapest isn't very Segway-friendly.
